This book is for all ages, as soon as you can comprehend. You might even read it to your children before they can spell. Perhaps, one day it may even be required reading in junior high schools around the world, or what’s left of it! I have purposely done this piece in a large typeface so as to aid those who may be experiencing loss of sight at any age. My findings are not those of a scientist or a doctor—merely the insights I learned as a boy, being raised on farms in central Iowa. But what better place to be from, especially nowadays!

My Book
Raised on farms in Iowa. Oldest of eight children. Moving to the twin cities Minnesota for College in 1974, Obtained employment as a Diagnostic Engineer working for the company Sperry Rand in 1980 – 1986. Moving then to Venice beach California. Having a cousin die abruptly due to Stomach Cancer prompted the start of my research and discoveries then to unfold in both the molecular direction of the fluids now consumed and the gravity effect or old age felt with time!
This story traces my personal effort over thirty years to understand the deterioration in the human body with time. Through years of personal trial then direct applications first before their announcement these new techniques have now been proven to be effective in the rejuvenation of our physical form! My thanks to many Who have helped in this research to bring these new discoveries forward. As our medical science continues to advance with techniques adding many new options today! Now one truly can learn how to “Live long and Prosper!”
